Dati raccolti durante la navigazione

Come per qualsiasi sito, il server che ospita le pagine (hosting di Aruba S.p.A., che agisce come responsabile del trattamento) può registrare dei log tecnici: indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser. Servono solo al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del servizio, non vengono usati per identificarti e sono conservati secondo le regole del fornitore. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse al funzionamento sicuro del sito (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Contatore dei visitatori

In fondo alla pagina principale c'è un contatore delle visite. Funziona così:

• sul server viene salvato solo il numero di visite (totale e per giorno), senza IP né altri dati che ti riguardano;
• per non contarti due volte nello stesso giorno, il tuo browser memorizza in locale (localStorage) solo la data dell'ultima visita. Questa informazione resta sul tuo dispositivo e non viene inviata a nessuno.

Memoria locale del browser

Oltre alla data dell'ultima visita, il browser ricorda la lingua scelta (localStorage) e se hai già visto l'animazione iniziale (sessionStorage, che si cancella chiudendo la scheda). Sono informazioni tecniche, servono solo a far funzionare il sito come ti aspetti e non permettono di identificarti. Puoi cancellarle in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del browser.

Assistente del sito

L'assistente "Chiedi a Francesco" funziona interamente nel tuo browser con risposte predefinite: le domande che scrivi non vengono inviate né salvate da nessuna parte.

Se mi contatti

Se scrivi una email o telefoni, uso i tuoi dati (nome, indirizzo email, numero, contenuto del messaggio) solo per risponderti e per l'eventuale rapporto professionale che ne nasce, per il tempo necessario. Non li cedo a terzi. Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali o contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione od opposizione al trattamento dei tuoi dati (artt. 15–22 GDPR) scrivendo a info@francescocapparucci.it. Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Data collected while browsing

As with any website, the server hosting these pages (provided by Aruba S.p.A., acting as data processor) may keep technical logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type. They are used only to run and secure the service, not to identify you, and are retained according to the provider's rules. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor counter

At the bottom of the home page there is a visit counter. It works like this:

• the server stores only the number of visits (total and per day), with no IP address or other data about you;
• to avoid counting you twice on the same day, your browser stores locally (localStorage) only the date of your last visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to anyone.

Browser local storage

Besides the date of your last visit, the browser remembers your chosen language (localStorage) and whether you have already seen the intro animation (sessionStorage, cleared when you close the tab). These are technical details that only make the site work as expected and cannot identify you. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings.

Site assistant

The "Ask Francesco" assistant runs entirely in your browser with predefined answers: what you type is never sent or stored anywhere.

If you contact me

If you email or call me, I use your data (name, email address, phone number, message) only to reply and for any resulting professional relationship, for as long as necessary. I do not share it with third parties. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing of your data at any time (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@francescocapparucci.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
